Time:  1st tee time is 9:00am

Entry Fee:  $11.00 per player ($10.00 for the game plus $1.00 for the Hole-in-One pot)

1.   4 player teams will be formed by committee
2.   All the golfers within the team hit a drive off the tee they normally play, and the best-positioned drive will be used for the second shot
3.   All players hit their second shots from the position of the selected drive, and then play their subsequent shots from where their golf balls end up until they have completed the hole
4.   All putts must be holed out
5.   3 scores per team will be counted toward the total score
6.   Two score cards must be kept per team
7.   Both cards must match and be turned in to the league official tallying the scores
8.   Prize money will be awarded as follows:  1st 50% of pot:  2nd 30% of pot:  3rd 20% of pot
9.   Only the player with the actual Hole-in-One will receive the balance in the Hole-in-One pot
